Rüdiger H. Latz, lawyer and mediator

Mr. Latz studied law in Münster (Germany), Marseille/Aix-en-Provence (France) and Freiburg (Germany). Before doing his practical training in Hamburg, Brussels and Madrid, he worked for an international law firm in Paris. From 1986 to 1991, he worked as a permanent legal adviser to an aeronautics and aerospace company (Dornier). Thereafter, he was the head of the legal and insurance department in a technology company (MAN). Later he was in addition entrusted with the responsibility for the commercial administration and project controlling. Since 2004, Mr Latz advises his clients in issues of business and company law and contract design in manifold areas. In addition, he holds training courses and seminars.

Dr. Rüdiger Thum, lawyer

Dr. Rüdiger Thum studied law in Augsburg (Germany). During his practical training, he stayed in Marbella (Spain), among other places. From 1994 to 1997, Dr. Rüdiger Thum worked for a law firm focusing on business issues and then, from 1998, for an industrial company. Today, he advises his clients mainly in the field of company law, contract law and design, and accompanies large projects in the area of plant construction.
